It’s rainy and wet today, I want something warm and I don’t feel like going very far. So it is Pho Thy Thy at Noon!!! Thursday November 20 NOON!!!

The Concept

My intention is that Hot Lunch will help me stay connected with my university family while giving my Oklahoma family a window into slice of my life. Most work days I prefer a spontaneous lunch with colleagues and friends; however, I often sacrifice spontaneity for assurance that I’ll have a lunch partner. While I will chronicle my scheduled lunches I’ll also post spontaneous lunches with an open invitation for whoever checks the site that day to join me. So just before your lunch time visit Hot Lunch to see where I’ll be and when I’ll be there. Check the Outlook page for projected lunch dates. This is an experiment – I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
